Account registration and verification
Only individuals who have reached the legal gambling age in their country of residence — eighteen years for Australian customers — may open a profile on the platform.
Each player is permitted to maintain a single account; duplicate registrations identified through device, IP, or document matching will be consolidated and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Documentary proof of identity, address, and source of funds may be requested at any stage, and processing of withdrawals can be paused until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
Deposits, withdrawals, and dormancy
Funds must originate from a payment instrument registered in the account holder's own name; transfers from third parties are returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals are typically released within twenty-four hours of approval, although banking partners and intermediary networks may add their own processing time.
Accounts inactive for twelve consecutive months are classified as dormant, after which a monthly administration fee may apply against the remaining balance subject to local requirements.
Promotions and bonus conduct
Each promotional campaign at Richard Casino carries its own qualifying criteria, contribution rates per game category, maximum stake while wagering, and an expiry window after which unspent credits lapse.
Pursuing strategies that artificially lower variance — such as betting opposite outcomes on roulette or matched-style hedging — is considered bonus abuse and entitles us to void the relevant rounds.
Free spins, cashback credits, and reload offers are personal to the recipient and cannot be transferred, sold, or pooled with other players.
Liability, governing law, and complaints
Although we operate redundant infrastructure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we accept no responsibility for losses arising out of connectivity faults attributable to the player's own equipment or internet service.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under our Curaçao Gaming Authority and Anjouan Gaming (Comoros) licences, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Should a disagreement arise, please first submit it in writing to our support team; if a resolution cannot be reached within fifteen business days you are entitled to escalate the matter to the relevant licensing body.
